After yesterday's rain, dense fog reigns here but, I can here traffic on I-64 so southern wind and warm is coming, fog will be going. A serious mess in the deep south today with tornado chances/warnings at the highest level; thinking... there will be tornadoes. Today will be the peak for disaster, by tomorrow the system will still be rowdy and troublesome but with much less risk than today. Rain from that system will graze us tonight into the morning tomorrow before a fine Saturday; more rain Sunday.
Two dozen mountains are blasting or oozing on the big planet, 3 suddenly up in the Aleutians, Mezo-America still wild and blasting, Indonesia, of course, Hawai'i, Etna, the Caribbean and new and still oozing, Iceland. Keep your airplanes away!!
Quakes are not a big issue anywhere, yes, there are quakes but only 2 register above 5 and they are waaaaay down in the S. Pacific. Colombia and around the Caribbean plate a little shaky.
Blast from the sun did graze Earth and jazzed up the ground with a little electricity, sky with auroras in Lapland, moon waxes on, brighter and brighter.
TrumpVirus cases and deaths in US both with a big jump yesterday, 79K new cases and almost 1,600 dead. Throw in the 100+ dead(our steady, daily average here in gun central, thanks NRA) from a bullet yesterday and it's just another not so great day in America.
Now, it's time for me to get a dog out for a stroll, then loaded and off on a little road trip to the Blue Ridge, mountains and breweries!! Working, safely, back to semi-normal, Today On Earth!!
