And..A Lil' Mo' Rain.. Occluded

We remain stuck in occlusion loop, on the cool side of the warm front while a cold front remains just to the west. Later today, all the mess should be gone and cooler drier air will move in; not that cold but perhaps a dip below freezing overnight. Be nice to see the sun again and begin to dry up the last 1 1/2" of rain; already near 10" for 2021 as extreme Earth rears it's unpredictable, uncaring head. Hang on!!
Four quakes in the low mag. 5's today, all in the Vanuatu region of the south Pacific and no real concerns. The central US is rather restless today with quakes in NM, TX, OK & CO; ID, AK & CA remain a little shaky, as usual..Puerto Rico is back in action as is Hawai'i. In Iceland, the near mag. 5 shakes continue, magma, no doubt, on the move.
A new sunspot is forming on the sun and solar activity and the solar wind remain dense and fast sparking auroras every night in the polar regions; seems around the equinoxes, cracks in Earth's atmosphere and magnetosphere aid the northern light activity. The Moon, waning but still gibbous, will be bright again later on this evening.
Virginians are still dropping hard, like republican values, 3rd in TrumpVirus deaths behind Cali & Taxus(never)again yesterday. I remain signed up only, no word on a shot. 1,129 more Americans dead yesterday, 513,000 so far, most the result of the lies, and the inactions by of the former liar in chief. Donny the douche, pale orange skin dead looking as ever, made an appearance yesterday telling the same old tired lies, with likely the same old tired lines (I never listen..) working the same con he always has(give me your money), as the clueless, hateful rubes, kneepads still in place, lined up, drooling, ready to suck away..another sucker born every minute..Pathetic the new normal in the US!!
And, it's March!! Longer light, day light saving time in 2 weeks and 12 hours of light and dark on St. Patty's Day, Spring 3 days later. The times, as always, are a'changing and we'll see lots this month. Stay safe out there, Today On Earth.
