Counting months, we're halfway clear
Of wrapping up another year
And, while it is warm outside
Today's low humidity did provide
Some relief from the muggies
But, not really from the buggies
Today is the only day
That this week you'll say
"It's not too bad our here"
The rest of the week will be 90's hot
And, quite humid so you'll have no shot
Of remaining sweat free
Dog just ran squirrels up a tree
He needs a walk
Might have to end this talk
Pretty shaky day of quakes
But, no big waves or monster shakes
New Moon tomorrow 3:16pm
Total solar eclipse happening for them
That live in Chile or Argentina
A partial rest of S. America will be seen-a
Two weeks hence partial lunar eclipse
But, N. America gets the slips
Twice yearly moon levels up with Earth
But, moves above or below since it's birth
