Snow, rain, sleet, freezing rain/ice
Much of US is not looking nice
And, after a couple of quiet days
Earth is back to more shaky ways
Collision zone: Pacific/Aussie plate
Pressure build-up must of been great
Cuz today is about pressure release
Friction between rocks just cease
Today, 50+ earthquakes
But, no really major breaks
And, seems to be no wave action
Alaska big into the quake faction
Argentina pretty shaky, too
Just hope it's calm near you
Maybe just some rain or snow
It is December, you know..
And, once this storm moves away
Dry & cold will have a bit of a stay
Let ski areas put some snow down
I need to do some sliding around
Rain here seems to be slackin'
Just barely north, storm still attackin'
And, while not raining, far from clear
Unlikely Venus will be seen here
Until maybe Wednesday
Spot Saturn then, hard to stay

White Island eruption, who to blame
Never our fault, most exclaim
But, what ever happens is your fault
Yet, blame others always the default
You got off a boat onto a volcano
Showing signs it was gonna blow
Duh!!
Sorry folks were killed & burned
For adventure they all yearned
And, that's what they got
Problem: volcanoes are hot
Bet none where forced on the boat
Bet would have been happy to gloat
"I walked on a volcano"
But, you picked a bad day to go
Don't blame others for your decision
Cause of bad reality collision
Earth don't care
Eruption or calm, snow or clear
Gonna go outside
Could be in for a wild ride
