The sun stands still tomorrow, late
As we enter winter's gate
The Solstice, the start of the winter season
Holladay times, the original reason
It feels like winter today
But, warmer temps are on the way

Most of USA is dry today
Rain & snow out NW way
But, is is chilly nationwide
Winter-like, bundle up outside
But, get out
Lots of beauty about
6.1 quake just shook NE Afghanistan
Lot of shakes on ridge S of Iceland
Still slipping in Puerto Rican trench
Earth twisting rock like a wrench
No sunspots, so plenty of cosmic rays
Galactic energy heading our way
Earth's air & magnetism mostly block
But, magnetic pole's rapid moving a shock
Are we about to have a magnetic reversal?
Getting weaker..seems the rehearsal
Losing that shield not gonna be good
Many more gamma & x-rays would
Blast our unprotected world
Power grids, satellites swirled
Good thing we've got good leadership
To deal with any crisis, any blip
Wait.. science is ignored, don't "believe"
Lie & spin, live to deceive
Superstition, fear & lies seems A-OK
World reality ignored away
We can get back to being world leader
Instead, currently we're world bleeder
