Every hour the forecast shifts
As category 4 Dorian drifts
It's a thing of beauty from space
But is running a very slow race
Winds now up to 145
Hot seas helping it thrive
Entire East coast better be prepared
Dorian's wrath may well be shared
Our two days of low humidity bliss
Gone; August leaves with a summer kiss
High moved off coast, now warm SW flow
That clockwise wind will make Dorian go
Well, we just don't quite know
But, where ever, it'll be quite the show
School could start with hurricane days

From S. Cali to up Oregon way
And, Indonesia, not one quake
Don't quite know what to make
Of that anomaly
But, I bet it won't be
