Rain put down the hammer song

Once dry world turned to slime
& Mud, moving sand, tree debris
Noachian rain, too hard to see
And, just to show its volatility
Second storm pops, another 1/3" on me
Hard to say what we'll see today
With suddenly all this moisture in play
Weak front still trying to ooze this way
More storms, more earth washed away
Clouds already building up
Guess we'll find out wuz'up!

Oklahoma still got the shakes
All around the subduction Ring
Shaky but Earth only managing
Magnitude 5.2
On mid-ocean ridge, no big Woo
Still quake action on Hawaii
Magma movin'? We will see
Planet still plenty hot inside
Radioactive decay, plates on the slide
And, it's still hot from formation
Big ole rock, lot of insulation
So, no time soon will it stop shaking
Nor slow down volcano making
But, coolest planet that we know
Still don't care about us, so..
We better pay a little more attention
If we want human life retention
