A View From The Lighthouse

Climbing up the spiral stairs
Two at a time if you dare
Until you get near the top
Stairs they narrow then you pop
Out into the Currituck sky
Where the wind does fly
Osprey with fish I did spy
Stomach, a little butterfly

Boreal wind from high pressure dome
Made you hat want to leave home
A lovely, cool early June day
We're about to get underway
And, head back to our tire home
Wind down the 3 state beach roam
See if tonight you can spy
Thin, thin crescent in SW sky
Or Jupiter in SE up by ten
Brightness contest it will win
Average day of quakes with one big
6.3 SE of Japan, usual subduction gig
Get out enjoy the cool while it lasts
Heat of summer coming fast
And, check out these two cute boys
Working on the sharing of toys
