Drizzle turned into a deluge late
Now sun trying to infiltrate
Through the ever-present cloud
SUNSHINE, have to shout out loud
The sun has actually broken thru
It was still there; who knew!
Perhaps we'll get a planet peek
Planet conjunction I still seek
At least the air is warming up
Seems it wiped out my napping pup
Short-lived, clouds are back
Perhaps new rain attack
From the system that won't go
No one wants this cut-off Low
At least forecast offers hope
A week without weather mope
Nevada still aftershocks of 5
Gulf of Cali, rock much alive
6.1 'tween Mazatlan & Cabo
Still a few up in Idaho
Mediterranean still with shifts
Planet with continents adrift
Whoa, sun just popped out again
We all know that star will win
Stirs up things, moves air along
Human control, that is so wrong
Human influence & folly?
Is why things are not so jolly
If you won't admit mistakes
Then don't have what it takes
To fix problem-power hungry men
Greed, control, oppression
Overpopulation woes
On & on & on it goes
Cuz we human fools
Don't think the Earth's rules
To us apply
Adapt, Migrate or Die
Then virus came along
We'd better listen to Earth song
Can almost hear planet smile
As we float along river, Da Nile
Earth just ain't watchin' the fox
So, 90,000+ Americans in a box
Like the prez, Earth don't care
About any Earthlings out there
