Offshore Hawai'i, lot of shakes
Loihi seamount, new eruption?
New island under construction?
Still 3,000 feet to go
Before it makes surface show
But, today's dozens of quakes
Might reduce the time it takes
To get new island formed
If quakes from lava swarmed
Can't find any eruption news
So, all just my geo-views
Otherwise, quiet quake day
Only 3, Puerto Rico way

Of states with a quake pop
