High Pressure & Meteor Shower

Earth is flying through the debris trail
Left by Halley's comet's tail
Halley's last fly-by was 33 years ago
So, the meteor shower is not a great show
Especially for those of us north of equator
And, it doesn't even start till way later
..Deep in the night
Low southeast an hour before dawn's light
Or, low in the southwest after the sun's swoon
Spot red Aldebaran & a tiny crescent moon
Tomorrow moon will hang next to Mars
Clear skies
Always wise
To get out, check on meteors, planets & stars

With weekend weather mess gone
High pressure pushing the storm on
Cool blue skies with fluffy cumulus
Low humidity, can't really fuss
Spring continues a treat
Slow to summer's heat; sweeeet
Western Pacific the usual shaking
Aleutians, too, subduction quaking
With maybe a hint of volcanic action
Just more Earth heat & pressure reaction

Today will let board know what we think
Their lies & deceptions really do stink
But, we're not going to shrink
More than willing to push to the brink
We don't want water line to slink
Everywhere, taxes down black hole sink
Another song coming, wink, wink!!
Better not blink
Or Today On Earth
Will be gone!
