With the family this Thanksgiving day
Earlier, a thought came my way
That what I am most thankful for..
Joe Biden's behind the White House door
Even though there's far to go in USA
Fat donny the douche has gone away
Well...not really away, tis true
But far enough not to make me blue
And, able to get together this year
Celebrate, so, another round of cheer
We could fix most issues, being nice
Instead of spreading bad advice
Hope your Thanksgiving is peaceful
Not spiteful, contentious or deceitful
Filled with food, drink, all pleasantly
With love spread far as could be
Earth still spinning, still don't care
Next week, return to being aware
But, today, thanks we give
That still, most of us live..
Stay safe, stay alive
But, go ahead, overeat
