The thought of entering a store today
Is beyond repulsive, ain't no way
The bedlam, grabbing, shoving, rage
Will show up later on the bad news page
I'm a little wary, just being on the road
Takes so little for 'merica to explode
And, since most all have a gun
That just makes it that much more fun
Earth's still spinning, another front thru
Today's memory'll be, the wind, it blew
Temps still mild but gonna fall
Tomorrow into the 40's is all
Burma quake hit at mag 6.2
Wacko country, what will that do?
Otherwise, not much shaking
Off Puerto Rico, minor quaking
Volcanoes, that's a rowdy scene
23 erupting or recently have been
Iceland seems mostly done
La Palma, seems a'ways to run
Kilauea still oozing basalt
3 in Aleutians will not halt
Indonesia still rules the list
But subduction seems to persist
Taal, White Island & Popo
And the eponymous one, Vulcano
In US, bellies stuffed, poop a'flying
That we're healthy, we'd be lying
Now millions out buy crap
Deeper into the big debt trap
Time to go, blog is done
Take a dog out in the sun
Stay safe & from malls away

Today On Earth
Do Not Touch
Kill
Where nothing can ever touch it
It's balled up
But, a nasty, needle covered menace
