25 years ago, house construction begun
Students out packing tires just for fun
(Well, some bonus points, too)
Then at 4, they were sent home
And, in party goer's commenced to roam
Seats were logs, music from Page & Jay
On the radio, w/ shout out for par-tay
Then Jay-Byrd played live by the fire
And, a tradition began at a house O tire
While Hawai'i is having a shaking time
And, much of world is ruled by slime
The weather today will be primo-fine
For a 25th soiree: drink, party & dine
How many will make it their first trip?
How many will give a dog a treat slip?
But, time to go, stuff to do
Tomorrow hung-over blog for you
But, now, it's Party Time
