Hurricane/Tropical Storm Elsa is just about to make landfall into the Florida notch, pass near the capital (maybe a tree will take out de Santos) and thrash it's way up the east coast exiting near VA/NC border. Rain and wind..you know the scene. High pressure with SW flow muggies rules around Va way today, front heading in from west will push/interact/merge with Elsa..who really knows, likely tomorrow.
Few quakes around but only into low 5's on around Pacific/Aussie plate boundary so no real shockers anywhere.
Space seems pretty quiet, Moon is New Friday so back into evening sky near Venus & Mars conjunction on Sunday & Monday just as it gets dark. Last notice, no blog til Monday or so. Red Wing Roots music fest!!!
Cali reported 459 of the 714 TrumpVirus deaths yesterday...but that's not just yesterday and most of the states of denial with no report. MO is out of ventilators in places and delta variant is going to charge on and take out TDS* in droves; believe that you deniers...and we'll seeeeya..or not!!
