Finally, after a month, big ole rain
All my tanks & barrels, full again
And, even though dew points high
With no moisture, still felt dry
Well, those days are over & done
Humidity back, slurped by the sun
Smell the moisture, feel on your skin

And, with two storms now brewing
Hurricane numbers soon be skewing

A Breyer Dog came my way
How could owners drive away
Leave a dog so full of love & play
But, their loss was our gain
Me & Breyer, we don't complain
Now that dog's the King of Quail
As onward through life we sail
