But, not from the west

Appalachians, a moisture blocking pest

That is likely the case today

Then another dry week coming our way

Bummer! drought will continue to grow

Creeks pools will continue to go

Some color as leaves make the turn

Others brown 'fore feeling gravity's burn

Warm SE air ahead of frontal boundary

Today highest temps week will see

Also, to south, in Puerto Rican trench

Subduction still turning earthquake wrench

Another 5.0 quake and aftershocks

Plates colliding, breaking rocks

Italy, Texas, Pacific rim, Scotia plate

All shaking, pressure release won't wait

Off Earth, Moon is Capricorn cruising

Venus & Mercury back, low in west

Just past sunset, tough viewing test

Tonight hoping for clouds & rain

Tomorrow clear sky viewing again

We'll just have to wait and see
