Weekend warriors will agree
Saturday is a good day to be
And, when it's cool and clear
Take a walk, maybe have a beer
Not quite frosty here but near
Got last harvest in, woo a cheer!
All potted plants inside to see
Lot of sun but their air, frost free!
Very quiet day on shaky world
Not one magnitude 5 unfurled
Just means pressures rising
Some day soon, somewhere surprising
With a big ole earthquake
What the planet does to make
Everything!
Mountains, valley, trenches, plains
Every feature is what remains
After 4.5 billion years of quakes
And, a few eruptions it takes..
Little detour to see the sky
And, last night what did I spy
Saturn, the Moon, Jupiter & Venus
Not Mercury, too much air between us
Spectacular after the sun was gone
Watch each planet's light come on
All were shining except Saturn
Left of the moon, soon it's turn
Need to be out about 6:30
With a jacket that is sturdy
Cause it will be cold again
High pressure with clockwise spin
Bringing down the chilly air
Hey, it's fall, don't despair
Just add a layer and a hat
Go out & see where ever you're at
Fall loveliness sublime
Most any time
