The rain is gone but the cold remains; frost in most of central and western Va. Warmer temps will return by mid-week and the sun today will make it feel a little warmer than the air will feel. Halloween will be a cool evening and we are down to one week of daylight saving time.
Morning light will return and dark will be early, right after school is out for Louisa.
