Sunday dawns with clouds and a north wind, Boreas stirred up, and temperatures in the 40's. And, only into the mid-50's by early afternoon. With the sky looking like there will be no sun showing up, it's likely going to stay in the 50's today. Fall officially started 9 days ago but it waited until October to really get our attention; get out the sweaters and jackets!
And, this is still the big cut-off Low that when west of us for over a week was dragging steamy tropical air up from the Gulf and now east of us is dropping the chilly arctic air down on us. One wild storm!!
