Double reminder of what trees can do
Both here & away, the cool came thru
Out in the sun, w/ trees all gone
WorldWideWarming keeps rollin' on
Most everywhere in the denying USA
Monster heat wave remains under way
But, in the forest, not nearly so bad
Throw in T'storm, we were not sad
Under Hippie Hut shelter, cool & dry
Stop the party, we didn't even try
'Round fractured Earth, few quakes today
Sun put auroras in play in ole VA
Short show here, I did not see
Nor did big dog, romping free
With this heat & little rain
"Water me" is the garden refrain
By Tuesday, forecast, a break
And, 80's w/ showers we will take
But lot of summer left to go
And, haven't started hurricane show
But, that ocean water is quite hot
Sure it'll give dry Texass a shot
And, where else will a storm go?
We can guess, but'll never know
Certainly not
