A Cool St. Patrick's Day

High pressure, the air pushing down
Very dry with low temps all around
Chilly times from coast to coast
Yet winter is mostly done; toast
But, the cool will linger into spring
Even as the sun crosses the equator thing
Which occurs Wednesday evening about 6
And, starts the northern warming fix
But, still the week ahead will be cool
No thoughts of heading to the pool
Quite a shaky day along boundary zones
Heat inside escaping, the surface moans
Shaking the Azores on mid-Atlantic ridge
While Indonesia slipped another smidge
California, Chile, Alaska still shaking
And, Greece, Japan, India, Tonga quaking
In quiet Va. the sky is so clear
Sun is warming, moon light in full gear
Get out tonight
For a walk in moon light
Layer up, gonna have to dress warm
Least cool air slows mosquito swarm
Always a challenge, living on Earth
Get out wander, increase the mirth
...Today On Earth
