With denial & lying still all the rage
Earth keeps shifting into its new stage
Hot & dry, big storms then flood
Dust bowls coupled up w/ mud
It's so obvious, w/ weather extremes
Earth's rapid changes ain't just dreams
Still poser christians & the lyin' GOP
Wanna rule from the 5th century
Insane laws from barbaric times
Then poof...forgiven for heinous crimes
Earth quakes on, mountains erupt
Most of planet set on weather disrupt
Coming changes easy to explain
Yet, repeat & repeat...truly: insane
Plastic & toxins everywhere
In the water & in the air
But, ever onward we keep drilling
As more blood & oil we keep spilling
At high lats, auroras glow
Solar wind w/ the pretty show
But, as 8 billion humans seethe & fight
Screaming that they got the right
But, ain't no rights, just get a shot
At life, that is all we got
Earth don't care if it is fair
Fairly certain, Earth don't care
If we live or if we die
We better give change a try
Cuz...that's all there is
Today On Earth
Soon..want food
gonna have to grow your own
Where's the cow gonna sit
W/ your fat ass on the couch?
