In 2022, another, highest temps of all!!
Still we're shocked, or just flat deny
But fewer babies, less oil or war..won't try

Paying workers mo', so price rises abrupt
TrumpVirus metastasizes world wide
As democracies continue to slide
Staring at a phone, pretending it's real life
Is causing poor, sad kids so much strife
Oh the drama, can't find true love on phone
Not a shocker, parents won't let 'em alone
Religious posers scream hate, on they pray
Still no heavenly help comes their way
Use science, then claim a "miracle" cure
But, bigger storms & hotter is only "for sure"
Quakes in So. Cali & on/off Puerto Rico
Other boundaries, only into low 5's they go
W/ sun, good news, it's blocking cosmic rays
But, only cuz, there's mo' solar wind our way
Auroras in Lapland are the bonus prize
Another moon/planet show w/ clear skies
Moon headed over toward red world, Mars
Noticed tonight..or just crowded in bars..
I won't be out, already crazy out there
Drunks & guns & cars..be very aware!!
Unlike xmas, of cold won't be concerned
Seems a week in the 60's we have earned
2023..seems certain population & temps'll grow
And, realistic solutions'll be a no show
GOP house has no helpful ideas or plan
Just blame everyone they can
Still we wallow in donnie's mess
As to reality, million will not confess
Earth cares not if warmer is felt
Or if the ice age continues to melt
Or if human pop & extinctions grow
Or if down mo' & mo' forests go
Basic rules, followed or ignored
As onward mo' CO2 is stored..
