Warm then Cold fronts are gone

Boreas, lord of north wind, is on

With temps still hanging low

It is a raw day to go

Outside

So, for now I hide

Behind a big window

And, watch the bird show

The woods, now lush & green

With over 7" of rain seen

March's drought long ago

Fecundity, all aglow

Cool & mo' rain headed our way

 As we head into May

Dumbasses say, "open economy"

While more cases we see

Death toll still rising

So..I'm surmising

We have a long ways to go

Before safe & "normal" we know

At least moron prez shut up

Daily "briefings" end, abrupt

Every time he has his say

His ignorance is on display

Claimed, hardest working prez

Maybe more sarcasm, he says

Watching fox & tweeting ain't work

Just more duties he's gonna shirk

Can't listen to briefings or any plan

Cuz he has zero attention span

Only focus, receiving praise

Otherwise, he's in a daze

Still brave folks soldier on

The nurse, doctor & custodian

Underpaid workers at grocery store

But, testing we need more

With no one in command

Got no national plan

Pockets of success here & there

Long term plans or goal unclear

Virus ain't going away anytime soon

But, hey, how about last night's moon

With brilliant Venus nearby

Quite the spectacular sky

Moon above planet tonight

But, need a big scope to spy

None on a collision course

That would sure make things worse..

Another slow/average quake day

Minor subduction underway

Most action around fire ring

And, OK with fracking thing

Puerto Rico, been a minor change

Quakes beginning to rearrange

Position, all around the isle

But, none large enough to pile

Wall of water up on the shore

But, little quake, will be more
