No one stepping up for needed tasks
Making/supplying ventilators & masks
Took for senators to get sick
To upset Mitch, pussy ass limp dick

More & more every day
While around me, more shots I hear
Macho fools making it clear
It's their guns neighbors should fear
Revving trucks & swilling lite beer
With racist, moronic refrain

On the Plains, rocks doing little shift
With quakes along edge of old rift
Kansas, OK & Texas, a line
Reminder, maybe fracking's not fine

From Tonga to Galapagos a'sway
Utah & Caribbean aftershocks
Along San Andreas, slipping rocks
Just Earth doing adjustment thing
As we listen to our planet sing
An earthquake aria everyday
As storms rage & volcanoes play
Solar activity still very low
And, onward goes the planet show
Which I can't see with the shrouds
Of condensation clusters, clouds
If it's clear, get out for a look
Or hunker inside with a good book
This new normal is here to stay
