One Wild(fire) Day!! Back To Cool!!

We were warned: fire danger extreme

And, it became a nightmarish dream

East of me w/ a west wind blowing

So.. I saw no flames all a'glowing

Lot of evacuations, power cut

EMS, waaaay over cautious..but

Fire & wind & heat & bone dry

Safety first..they gotta try

Still waaay dry but cool & less wind

Fire danger, warnings they did rescend

22 volcano blowing & oozing

S. Africa, no water, years of bad choosing

Too many people, no one in charge

Water crisis, for years, looming large

Now taps really are dry

Blame & denial, the usual cry!

Ft. Lauderdale w/ Floriduuh stupidity

Raise our streets, no flooding we'll see

Whole city submerged by next century

Glass bottom boats, view city for free!!

Up north, still got snow rollin' thru

Earth getting wild w/ bonus CO2

Only 5-ish quakes, a local nuisance

Every direction, humans w/ little sense

Doing the same old thing

All about greed & easy bling

Earth reality will continue to rise
