While the upper midwest still bakes in the slow moving heat dome, the High pressure dome over the east coast is Canadian and cool and dry, pretty amazing for early July. It won't last, a new heat wave kicks off Monday.
Hurricane Elsa rolls on in the Caribbean, thrashing islands with more in her sights. From there?? Cuba, Florida (west coast?) then up the east coast?? We'll know by midweek:)
A fairly normal looking, plate boundary, earthquake day; 6.1 way out in Pacific but just little reminders to those that felt them: you live on a plate boundary, all hell could break loose at any time.

New variant, delta, will no doubt "change" lives for a few thousand unvaccinated dumbasses per day and end a few hundred more, Natural Selection (which they likely don't believe either)just doing what it does, Today On Earth.
