The nationwide arctic blast
Is close to being in the past
While up in Buffalo it still snows
Here, sun shines & up temp goes
By Friday, I could be playing golf
But, for now, not taking jacket off
New Year's Eve rain seems on the way
Maybe will be less stupid on display

Crescent moon near Saturn last night
Got Jupiter in its sight
Venus & Mercury nearly side by side
But, need binocs, or Mercury will hide
Both are very low, but Venus's bright
Clear skies, catch 'em in twilight
And, how does car get up on snow pile
