A chilly (20 degrees) start that takes awhile to warm with morning clouds and the lingering snow but actually gets close to warm. Just close, not really warm. Afternoon sun and clearing skies help the temp get into the mid 40's. It will be chilly tonight, though.
No quakes here in Va. but I'm betting things were shakin' elsewhere.
